STC is excited to welcome back SUNY Adirondack Adventure Sports who will be hosting a PD session focused on a client-centric approach to problem solving. Participants will walk away with valuable skills that can be used to promote personal growth and well-being both in and out of the workplace.
The goal of any successful higher ed. technology department is to provide excellent service. Understanding the needs of the campus community is paramount in achieving institutional goals and enabling individuals by leveraging all the tools, technology, and services available.
Placing people first in the problem resolution process is key. Sharpening these skills will assist technologists and key support specialists, to step back and put individuals first during the resolution process. This approach leads to providing a better perspective and delivering a more effective solution.
