Call for Presentations
Take this opportunity to share the great work you do with your peers. We want to hear about the triumphs, the headaches, and the clever workarounds.
Submit your presentation proposal
Submissions are due by April 11, 2025.
Sessions can be in any format: presentations, panels, birds-of-a-feather, etc. If you have a great idea for a panel, but don’t have enough panelists, submit the idea anyway and our session coordinators will help fill in the gaps.

CPD Points: Did you know?
You can pay for STC registration with CPD Technical points or CPD General points. About half of SUNY campuses are CPD members and many of them don’t use up their points each year. It’s a great way for you and your colleagues to pay for the conference
Here’s all you need to do to pay with points:
- Find out if your campus is a member.
- Reach out to the campus contact to let them know you are registering and find out which points you should use (Note: This is important, if points are denied you will be responsible for payment.)
- Select CPD Technical or CPD General points under payment options.

What your colleagues say about attending STC:
The most important thing about the conference is: “Being able to network with IT people from other campuses and being able to interface with vendors.” — Kevin Bom, Manager of Enterprise Infrastructure Services, SUNY Fredonia
“STC is unmatched in facilitating Networking and Team Building with SUNY constituents. The venue, the mix of sessions, vendors, professional development, and team building tracks – all make for a great conference!” — Fion MacCrea, ITEC Service Delivery Manager, SUNY ITEC
